Although originally scheduled for January 7, 2018, the Annual Meeting & Board Election will take place one week later, on January 14, 2018, due to inclement weather.

The formal meeting will begin at 3:00PM and the elections will be held after the current Executive Committee's report and presentation.

An informal social gathering with food and light refreshments will follow the election.

If you can’t attend, please select a proxy (individual who will vote in your name at the meeting) and otify the outgoing Board of Directors that s/he is your proxy by either:

  • Emailing ata_nc@yahoo.com and clearly stating the first and last name of your selected proxy and that you give him/her permission to vote on your behalf OR

  • Giving your proxy a signed note (again, clearly stating that you have given him/her permission to vote on your behalf) that s/he will present to the outgoing Board of Directors at the start of the election meeting.

Hope to see you at the meeting.
