If you are interested in expanding your culinary repertoire with select vegetarian dishes from the Turkish cuisine, join us for a cooking class followed by a social hour. As we boil soup and roll spinach filled pastries, you will also learn the nutritional values of the ingredients.
Our menu: Tomato soup, crisp tortillas, zucchini dip, cheese filled pastry, lentil kofte and baklava.
