The Cooking Class members at ATA-NC are getting ready to serve the second Festive Community Dinner on
Saturday, June 8th at 7:00 pm.
Below you will find the summer menu that is light, colorful, vegetarian and made by the members of Cooking Class.
Very light live entertainment will be provided after dinner.
We are all very excited about this program that will give us a chance to celebrate the beginning of summer!
Savory Carrot Salad
Cheese balls in Olive Oil and Zucchini Dip
Bulgur rice with tomatoes and peppers
Green Beans in tomato sauce
Chickpeas with tomatoes and peppers
Dolmas, Stuffed Grape Leaves filled with rice and currants
Meringues shells filled with vanilla ice cream
Sambali (Wet semolina cake) served with ice cream
Ice tea, water and ice will be provided
Complimentary Turkish Tea will be served
Feel free to bring you own drink!
$25 per person.
